OCD/Anxiety Disorder Therapy Session


 

An OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) therapy session uses Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD.

 

Other anxiety and related disorders typically follow a similar structure with slight adjustments.

Panic Disorder, for example, utilizes interoceptive treatment. Very similar to exposure therapy.

Authentic Guidance - Holistic Counseling does not bill/accept insurance; however, if you choose to utilize your insurance to cover your sessions, upon request, we can offer you a SuperBill of your out-of-pocket payments for service. You can then present this to your insurance company for reimbursement.
